The Arkansas Democrat Gazette reports that ground has been broken for Mountain Ranch, a 70-acre “green” business park located in Fayetteville. Mountain Ranch is the third of a three-phase mixed use development on 460 acres that includes single-family homes, luxury apartments, an elementary school, and a Boys & Girls Club.
