Today, Halloween Day, I filled my gas tank at the Costco station in Fredericksburg, Va. where a gallon of unleaded now sells for $2.14.  
That’s about half the record high price I paid around Memorial Day.
The gentleman in the next lane seems quite pleased; he drives a large SUV.  And then I notice there are many more large vehicles queued [...]
